About Me
I know what it feels like to be the only person holding everything together.
Early in my ministry, I was the sole full-time staff member at my church. I had volunteers and part-time help, but the bulk of it landed on me. Preaching, leading, administration, finances, systems, ministry alignment. All of it. I loved the church deeply, but I was struggling to keep up, and if I'm honest, the operational weight was slowly crowding out the very things I felt called to do.
Then a church member with a gift for administration volunteered to serve as our church admin director. Just ten hours a week. It changed everything. Not because he solved every problem, but because I wasn't carrying it alone anymore. I could breathe. I could lead. I could pastor.
That experience is what drives everything I do now.
I've spent over 25 years in church ministry, serving in a range of leadership roles including Executive Pastor, where I've helped churches navigate growth, staffing challenges, and organizational complexity. I hold two degrees from Liberty University in Business and Ministry, which gave me a framework for bridging spiritual leadership with operational health. I've served as a staffing consultant for churches across the country, helping pastors clarify roles, build healthy teams, and create structures that support long-term mission effectiveness.
I'm also a certified leadership and Christian life coach, a contributing author to Lifeway Research, a conference speaker, and a podcast guest on topics related to church leadership and organizational health. But more than any credential, what I bring to every engagement is the conviction that pastors shouldn't have to carry the operational weight of ministry alone, and the experience to do something about it.
If any of this resonates with where you are right now, I'd love to connect. The first call is free, low-pressure, and focused entirely on you and your church.
